Terms of Service
These terms govern access to VPN - Fast & Unlimited and related services provided by Jarski LLC.
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Operator and agreement
VPN - Fast & Unlimited is operated by Jarski LLC. By accessing or using the website, development app, backend, VPN service, or any future production release, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Development status
The product is currently under development and is not represented by this website as a generally available consumer VPN service. The current iOS Release build does not include production token acquisition. Development builds can use manually supplied test authorization to exercise provisioning and tunnel functionality, and the backend and New York VPN region are being used for development and operational testing.
Features, authentication, subscriptions, supported devices, server regions, availability, and access methods may change before release. Website descriptions of planned functionality are informational and are not commitments to provide a particular feature, location, price, service level, or release date.
3. Eligibility and authority
You may use the service only if you can legally enter into these terms and are not prohibited from using VPN services under applicable law. If you are using the service with permission from a parent, guardian, employer, or other organization, that person or organization may also be responsible for your use.
4. Limited permission to use the service
Subject to these terms, Jarski LLC grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to access and use the service for lawful purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app, website, backend, service software, branding, documentation, or other intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions on, or create derivative works from the service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law or an applicable open-source license.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for activity performed through your device and for complying with laws that apply to you. You may not use the service to:
- violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person;
- distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, scan or interfere with systems or networks without permission, or evade another service's legitimate security controls;
- send spam or engage in fraud, harassment, exploitation, abuse, or infringement;
- attack, overload, disrupt, or circumvent VPNPassport infrastructure, authentication, rate limits, device limits, or access controls;
- use credentials, device identifiers, or WireGuard keys that you are not authorized to control;
- resell or commercially redistribute access without written permission from Jarski LLC; or
- use the service in a way that exposes Jarski LLC or its providers to material security, legal, or operational risk.
6. Device credentials and access
VPN access may be associated with a device identifier, app installation, authorization token, and WireGuard key pair. You are responsible for maintaining reasonable control of your device and credentials and for notifying us if you believe they have been compromised.
Jarski LLC may reject, suspend, revoke, rotate, or require re-registration of device access when reasonably necessary to respond to abuse, duplicate or conflicting registrations, security incidents, expired entitlement, legal requirements, service integrity concerns, or discontinued service.
7. Privacy and VPN limitations
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. A VPN can protect network traffic between your device and the VPN server, but it does not make you completely anonymous, secure every application or account, prevent every form of tracking or malware, correct unsafe device settings, or guarantee access to any website or online service.
You remain responsible for the services you access, the information you share, device security, account security, and compliance with third-party terms.
8. Availability, performance, and changes
The service may be unavailable because of development work, maintenance, capacity, network conditions, third-party outages, emergencies, legal requirements, or security concerns. Jarski LLC may add, remove, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, servers, regions, protocols, or the service itself.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular connection speed or latency, compatibility with every device or network, availability in every location, access to specific content, or that any server will always remain available. The product name does not create a guarantee of speed, unlimited capacity, unrestricted access, or any particular performance level.
9. Future subscriptions and purchases
The intended business model includes subscriptions, but no final pricing, billing period, trial, renewal, cancellation, refund, device-limit, or subscription-expiration terms have been established in the current repository. No purchase is offered through this website.
If paid access is introduced, the price and applicable purchase terms will be presented before purchase, and platform terms may also apply. These Terms will be updated as necessary before a consumer subscription is offered. A local or unverified entitlement record in the development database does not represent a purchased subscription.
10. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party operating systems, devices, networks, hosting, domain, and internet infrastructure. Current project infrastructure includes services provided by Apple, Cloudflare, and DigitalOcean. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply to their services. Jarski LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, networks, content, or actions outside its reasonable control.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Jarski LLC may suspend or terminate access, remove a regional VPN connection, or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment under any future paid plan, breach of these terms, or protection of users, Jarski LLC, or third parties.
Termination does not eliminate provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and dispute-related provisions. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
The service, website, app, branding, and Jarski LLC-created materials are owned by Jarski LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. “VPN - Fast & Unlimited,” related branding, and the presentation of the service may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and all development or preview functionality are provided “as is” and “as available.” Jarski LLC disclaims warranties not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, availability, security, and performance.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Development functionality may be incomplete and should not be relied upon for high-risk, emergency, safety-critical, or legally mandated connectivity.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jarski LLC and its owners and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service availability arising from or related to the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
15. Changes to these terms
Jarski LLC may revise these terms as the product, production model, or legal requirements evolve. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice when required. If you do not agree to revised terms, you must stop using the service.
16. General provisions
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without Jarski LLC's permission; Jarski LLC may assign these terms as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.
These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the current agreement concerning the service, except where additional terms are presented for a future purchase or specific feature.
